Viafrancia Bianco fully embodies the essence of its philosophy, which aims to create a perfect symphony between native (Grillo and Insolia) and international (Viognier) varieties, celebrating the harmony of the terroir. The vines from which these grapes originate are grown in soils with different compositions, ranging from medium-textured and silty to clay soil, located at an altitude ranging between 720 and 770 meters in Tenuta Pianetto. This altitude, together with the diversity of the soils, helps give the wine a unique complexity and structure.

Vinification of Viafrancia Bianco begins by harvesting the grapes by hand; this is followed by a short resting phase in a cold room. The grapes are then gently pressed at low temperatures in an oxygen-free environment to preserve their aromatic integrity.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a controlled manner, partly in steel tanks and partly in first and second passage French oak barrels. This choice lets us obtain the perfect aromatic harmony and gustatory complexity, preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas.

After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for a period of at least 9 months, enriching the taste and consistency. Subsequently, the blending phase takes place, where the best bases are selected to create the final blend, which is aged in steel tanks for approximately 3 months before being bottled and left to rest in the bottle until the perfect balance is achieved.

In the glass, Viafrancia Bianco is pale straw yellow in color, crossed by greenish reflections that reflect the freshness of the terroir. On the nose, a complex and layered aromatic bouquet is revealed, with predominant floral notes of broom flower and orange blossom that stand out for their intensity and freshness, providing an elegant sensorial opening. Citrus accents, including citron and bergamot, add a pleasant vivacity to the aromatic profile, while subtle fruity nuances of mango and pink grapefruit add depth and richness to the composition.
