THE NATURAL WINE CELLAR

The Baglio di Pianetto winery was designed to be eco-sustainable. Built with a vertical development to exploit the force of gravity, it is able to drastically reduce the use of pumps for moving musts and wines.
A large part of the structure is located underground so that the natural insulation of the rock that surrounds the various underground floors ensures the perfect thermoregulation of the cellar, barrel cellar, and aging rooms.
