Natyr Insolia and Petit Verdot, are the new labels created in 2017. With these wines, Baglio di Pianetto reaches an important target in its productive specialization: they are, in fact, unfiltered wines, free from added sulphites and obtained using only native yeasts.
These wines maintain an amazing integrity and are able to evoke with striking immediacy the land of Sicily. Winemaking gems which play an important role in defining the “green” profile of Baglio di Pianetto. They were, in fact, first trialled in 2013, the year of the estate’s conversion to organic farming.
