Natyr Insolia and Petit Verdot are for Baglio di Pianetto important embodiments of productive specialization. These two labels were originally created in 2013, the year in which Count Paolo Marzotto’s company completed its transition to organic farming. The Natyrs, thus, are not only two authentic gems of Baglio di Pianetto’s wine production, but they have also given a concrete and significant contribution in defining the green profile of this Sicilian winery. Natyr Insolia and Petit Verdot are unfiltered wines with no added sulphites or cultured yeasts and both retain an impressive integrity, immediacy and a wonderfully Sicilian character.

A great white to enjoy with starters such as cheese or a charcuterie platter. Also excellent with oily fish, tuna and salmon.

Ample and spicy, with notes of ripe citrus and candied orange. Floral hints of chamomile and orange blossom followed by balsamic notes and aromatic herbs.
