In both its estates, Baglio di Pianetto has reserved a place for one of the island’s most ancient crops: the olive tree. Hence, two extra virgin olive oils were created: Pianetto, vibrant and complex, rich in organoleptic qualities which make it the perfect oil to drizzle onto first courses, mixed salads and, more generally, most cooked dishes; and Baroni, a light and delicate oil that expresses the best pedoclimatic qualities of its territory. Clear and golden green in colour, the delicate spiciness of Baroni is perfect enjoyed over steamed fish, poultry dishes and crudités.
